Optimum® SmoothFlow™ plugs have special channels that prevent air pockets and the smooth profile radius prevents material shearing.
Our stoppers fit perfectly into Optimum cartridges to ensure a consistent dispensing force, providing accurate and consistent fluid delivery and preventing dripping and leaking between dispenses.
Precise wiper edges clean the inside of the cartridge as the liquid is filled into or dispensed from the container, preventing waste, residue and air pockets.
Optimum plugs are manufactured in EFD's own certified silicone-free facilities in the USA and are certified for industrial use.
