Ultimus™ V provides a high precision benchtop dispensing controller for advanced variable viscosity fluid applications.
The Ultimus V is ideal for applications involving two-component epoxies, UV-curable adhesives and other fluids that thicken over time or thin as ambient temperatures rise. It also delivers consistent and repeatable dispensing results.
With an intuitive RS232 interface, the Ultimus V offers full electronic control of dispense time, pressure and vacuum settings for exceptionally precise deposits. Users can program patterns with up to three different shot sizes. The easy-to-program system ensures that critical fluid dispensing processes remain consistent from start to finish
