SolidBlue hot melt adhesive applicators
SolidBlue applicators feature an EasyOn™ module and replace the Nordson H-400 and H-440 series applicators. SolidBlue applicators and modules offer up to twice the service life of other applicators, saving on spare parts costs.
SolidBlue hot melt adhesive applicators are available in two types:
• SolidBlue S applicator: air-opening/spring-closing (AO/SC) with ball seat.
• SolidBlue A applicator: air-opening/air-closing (AO/AC) with ball seat.
SolidBlue applicators offer the following advantages:
• Identification of actuation type (AO/SC or AO/AC) through color-coded, heat-repellent module covers.
• Simplified installation and greater safety thanks to EasyOn module.
• Monitoring of module and seal performance via inspection hole on the front of the applicator module.
• Longer module life due to Myritex™ seals.
