The knife distance is entered on the control panel and adjusted by motor.
Up to 9 programs can be set.
The cutting length is continuously adjustable via limit switches.
For preventive maintenance of the knives the cutting capacity is displayed.
Passing over the scoring groove once can damage sensitive components located close to the scoring groove due to tensile and compressive stresses. Passing over the scribe groove twice with motorized readjustment of the blade distance already minimizes the stresses considerably. The quality of the assembled printed circuit boards is significantly improved.
