Desoldering station DIGITAL 2000A Tweezers, 80 W, 230 V

The DIGITAL 2000 A desoldering and soldering station from ERSA is a versatile and processor-controlled station for demanding soldering and desoldering work in workshops, production or development environments. With 80 W rated power at 230 V/24 V low voltage, it covers a wide range of applications from delicate SMD components to classic THT solder joints.

Thanks to digital temperature control with PID algorithm, the working range can be finely adjusted between approx. 50 °C and 450 °C, ensuring fast response times and stable soldering temperatures - even with changing thermal loads.

The station is antistatic (ESD-compliant) and has an easy-to-read digital display. Additional functions can be used via the menu, including switching between °C and °F, standby time (0-60 minutes) to protect the soldering tip and password protection for the parameters.

A major advantage of the DIGITAL 2000 A is the automatic tool recognition: connected tools such as soldering or desoldering tools are recognized and the control behavior of the station is adjusted accordingly. This means that four configurable programs are available - individually for different tools or inserts.

The station works with 24 V low voltage for connected tools that have highly flexible, heat-resistant and antistatic cables. This means that a wide range of soldering irons and desoldering tools can be operated, which are suitable for both soldering and desoldering.

In combination with the SMD desoldering tweezers and the high-quality ERSADUR desoldering tips included in the scope of delivery, the DIGITAL 2000 A is suitable for precise desoldering of components of various shapes and sizes.
