The JBC NASE-2C Nano soldering station is a high-precision soldering and desoldering station from the JBC Premium Line, which has been specially developed for working on the smallest SMD components such as 0201, 0402 and 01005. With its digital temperature control in the range from 90 to 450°C and an output of 2×14W, it enables precise and stable soldering processes, even with the most sensitive electronic components.
A capacitive multifunction display offers an intuitive menu for easy operation. The station supports temperature dynamic profiles that allow precise control of the temperature during all phases of the soldering process and mimic the reflow process. Soldering tips can be changed even when hot, and the integrated cleaning system with wiper and brush ensures efficient tip care.
The equipment includes the NT115-A nano soldering iron and the AN115-A nano tweezers - perfect for the finest work under the microscope. Thanks to the short distance between the handle and tip, maximum precision and control is achieved. In addition, the sleep and hibernation modes extend the service life of the soldering tips and save energy.
The JBC NASE-2C is ESD safe and weighs 2.49kg with compact dimensions of 170×140×125mm. It is ideal for applications in microelectronics where maximum precision and reliability are required - whether in SMD repair, rework processes or electronics development.
