Programmable digital dispensing system for low viscosity materials, 0 - 1.0 bar (14 psi)

The DX-350/DX-355 dosing system offers the option of saving up to 10 dosing profiles. Time, pressure and adjustable suck-back are displayed digitally. The device is intuitive to operate and offers high accuracy for line or spot dosing. Infinitely adjustable suck-back prevents dripping of low-viscosity media between dosing cycles and stringing of high-viscosity media. The set value is displayed digitally. An RS-232 interface enables connection to a PLC. The system is supplied ready for operation. The dosing system is available in two versions: Working pressure from 0 - 6.9 bar for common applications (DX-350). Working pressure adjustable via precision valve from 0 - 1 bar for low-viscosity media (DX-355).

PLEASE NOTE: The TSD800-6 air filter (not included) must be installed together with the dispenser to ensure proper air filtration.
