Onrobot 2FG7 collaborative parallel gripper
The 2FG7 is smaller and stronger than finger grippers, enabling it to be used for applications with limited space. With a maximum payload of 11 kg (24.3 lb), an external gripper reach of up to 73 mm (2.87 in) and a gripping force of 20 N to 140 N, the 2FG7 is versatile even for heavy and bulky components. With an IP67 rating for harsh environments and ISO Class 5 certification for use in cleanrooms, the 2FG7 can be used almost wherever it is needed.
Unlike complex and expensive pneumatic grippers, the electric 2FG7 is effortlessly programmable via an intuitive software interface, allowing you to easily make precise force, speed and stroke adjustments. Intelligent feedback, grip detection and grip loss detection for optimized manufacturing. Just like other products in the Onrobot family, the 2FG7 is straightforward, all-electric and completely eliminates the need for complicated, costly compressed air systems.
