The fully certified TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system offers controlled screw tightening and at the same time safety in electrical applications. The tool set includes an ergonomically designed torque screwdriver handle with integrated numerical scale, 2 slimBits, a bit holder and the setting tool. All components are conveniently and clearly arranged in a high-quality and durable box. The torque screwdriver VDE covers a wide range of applications with its variably adjustable torque range of 0.8-5.0 Nm. A clearly audible and tactile signal when the torque is triggered ensures a process-safe torque mechanism that protects against material damage and rework. With a triggering accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder ensures a secure hold of the 75 mm long slimBits by means of a mechanical blade lock. Both the torque screwdriver and the slimBits are subjected to routine testing in accordance with the international IEC 60900 standard and enable safe working on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
