Multi-channel soldering and desoldering station i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 with i-TOOL AIR S, CHIP TOOL VARIO and i-TOOL MK2

The i-CON VARIO 4 multi-channel soldering and desoldering station meets the highest demands for professional soldering and desoldering. All functions, including air and vacuum generation, are bundled in a central supply unit with the familiar simple i-Op operation and clear displays. The station also offers interfaces for ERSA solder fume extractors or infrared preheaters as well as a USB port. The station can be configured quickly and securely via a microSD memory card, making it ideally equipped for all areas of application in professional electronics manufacturing. The station is ideally suited for use in ESD protection zones.

AIR-Tool S:
Ergonomically handy and 200W powerful hot air piston with precisely adjustable air volume (2 to 20 l/min) on the handle and its indication on the display. An integrated motion sensor activates the i-Tool AIR S when it is removed from the tray, and an optical IR sensor in the handpiece switches on the air volume.


Chip Tool VARIO:
Powerful 2x 40W in a small compact discharge box. Unique is the possibility to change the spring action, either close against the spring or clamp the component to be desoldered into the spring of the tweezers. The pluggable heating element pairs can be precisely aligned with each other on the handle. A motion sensor is also integrated in the tweezers for activation from standby mode.

i-Tool
The i-Tool is a lightweight fine soldering iron in ballpoint pen format. 150 W heating element power ensures the fastest heat-up/post-heat behavior. Process window alarm Energy output levels and automatic stand-by sensor give the i-CON user unprecedented process control.
