FAE is the most effective solution to avoid exposure to soldering fumes. The fume extraction starts when the tool is lifted from the stand and only works when soldering. This feature saves electricity and extends the life of the filters.
Each arm offers an extraction capacity of 80 m³/h, optimizing extraction for two workbenches. It exceeds industry standards and ensures higher air quality and regulatory compliance.
Included in the scope of delivery:
• FAE1100 filter (FAE1110 pre-filter + HEPA H13 + carbon). This three-layer system achieves a certified efficiency of 99.95% in filtering soldering fumes and complies with the EN 1822 standard.
• FAE010 - a flexible extraction hose that connects the FAE1 to the FAE020 or FAE070 flexible arm.
• FAE070 - a fully flexible arm that attaches to your workbench with a clamp.
• P405 - enables activation of the vacuum system without connection to a JBC station.
