Ultrasonic cleaning bath for professional applications - robust, powerful, modular: The ultrasonic cleaning bath with integrated heating is designed for use in industry, service and maintenance. The highly stable oscillating tank is made of stainless steel 1.4404 with a material thickness of 2 mm and welded connections - ideal for maximum durability even with intensive use. The modular design allows flexible configurations: from a single cleaning trough to complete, multi-stage cleaning lines. An integrated overflow pocket enables the connection of an oil separator, which reliably separates cleaned oil films from the cleaning solution. A spray pipe guides floating oil into the overflow pocket. Additional safety is provided by a fill level switch as dry-running protection for the heater and ultrasonic generator as well as height-adjustable feet. Suitable baskets, lids and coordinated cleaning and disinfectant concentrates are available as accessories to ensure efficient, thorough and gentle ultrasonic cleaning. Ideal for users who require high cleaning performance, reliability and flexibility.
