Adjusting device AD 401, for adjusting the width of the PCB magazines

The adjustment device is used to precisely adjust the magazines series 701-704 or 7001-7004 to the PCB width.
The exact position of the web wall is determined using a CCD laser. An additional distance to the nominal dimension of the PCB width can be set separately.

Operation
- Insert the magazine into the device and fix it with the clamping lever at the stop.
- Release the clamping of the toothed belt

- Quick adjustment of the web wall by pulling the toothed belt
- Fine adjustment by turning the tension roller until the nominal dimension of the PCB width is displayed.
- Secure the position of the web wall by clamping the toothed belt.
- Release the clamping lever and remove the magazine

- Repeat accuracy +/- 0.2 mm
