Maestro 4X/600 depaneling unit
The MAESTRO 4X enables fast, economical and user-friendly depaneling of PCBs - for both small and large formats.
Main features:
Blade distance is set via the control panel and precisely adjusted by motor
Up to nine programs can be saved and recalled at any time
The cutting length can be infinitely adjusted via limit switches
A cutting performance display supports predictive maintenance of the blades
When the scoring groove is traversed once, sensitive components can be damaged by tensile and compressive stresses, especially if they are close to the groove. These stresses are significantly reduced by passing over the scoring groove twice in combination with a motorized readjustment of the blade distance. This improves the quality of the assembled PCBs sustainably and reproducibly.
