The Basic-Tool 60 is the tool for the electronically temperature-controlled soldering station ANALOG60. This is the basic model without a digital display, which is primarily used for industrial applications in non-anti-static environments, as well as in training and model making.

The high heat-up power of 190 watts ensures rapid heating and reheating. The ceramic PTC heating element takes over the function of the temperature sensor in the ERSA RESISTRONIC temperature control technology. The adjustable control enables precise adjustment of the internally heated ERSADUR permanent soldering tips with anti-twist protection. The internal heating of the tip ensures optimum heat transfer. With a rated output of 60 watts, the station can be used in all industrial areas up to medium power levels.

The lightweight and slim BASIC-TOOL 60 soldering iron has a highly flexible, heat-resistant connection cable. To adapt the soldering tips to the soldering tasks, a comprehensive range of tips is available in the 0832 series.

The 0842... series is available for the thermal optimization of soldering processes. series is available. This series has been optimized for improved power output. 0842... tips should preferably be used, as significant temperature reductions are possible.
