Das modulare Rework-System MRS-1100A ist ein integriertes Rework-System mit Konvektionsfunktion für das Entfernen und Aufschmelzen von BGA/CSP- und SMT-Komponenten. Das MRS-1100A besteht aus einem Heißluftgerät, einem Vorwärmer, einem verstellbaren Gerätehalter und einem freistehenden Leiterplattenhalter, um ein manuell unterstütztes Rework-System zu schaffen. Eine Reihe von Düsen, die auf eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen ausgerichtet sind, runden das Produktangebot für dieses System ab. Mit Standardmerkmalen wie Programmierbarkeit, Digitalanzeige und Programmspeicherung von bis zu 50 Profilen ist dieses System nicht nur vielseitig, sondern auch einfach und effizient zu bedienen. Beim MRS-1100A haben Sie die Wahl zwischen der integrierten Profilierfunktion, die für den Betrieb bei einer festen Temperatur konfiguriert werden kann, und einer Vier-Zonen-Programmieroption. Außerdem kann die Temperatur entweder am Heizausgang (intern) oder an der Leiterplatte (extern) geregelt werden. Die "externe" Regelungsfunktion verwendet ein Thermoelement, das auf der Platine oder einem Bauteil angebracht werden kann.
